I didn't see anything game breaking.
No mountain of happiness from engineers.
The AI was awful happy, with some at 80-90 while I staid afloat at 10.
Genghis Khan had about 10 puppets and he still had a high happiness score around 26.
I guess the penalty is the puppets are -50%.
Ok, faith from wonders are not showing up on the city screen, but they show up as a hover tip. In particular, my Oracle faith bonus didn't contribute to the faith in city screen. I can't verify if it contributed to the faith total
Most units crossing water called ??? don't convert back into land units. I'm not sure why some convert into land units and some stay as ships.
