The second unit in escort formation shouldn't wait for orders once the first has been given them

As the game is now, the second unit in an escort formation (usually a support unit or a religious unit) waits for orders after already giving the order to alert/fortify/sleep to the first unit (a military unit). It shouldn't, because it's clear it has to alert/fortify/sleep too. Fixing this would prevent unnecessary clicks and spare time.
Let's say a melee unit and a missionary are in an escort formation.
If one wants to use the missionary separately, one just has to exit the escort formation with the melee unit. I mean, if you give an order to one of the units in the escort formation, the other one should not wait for orders. If you attack with a melee unit, the missionary should skip the turn. If you move the melee unit, the missionary should move too. And if you fortify the melee unit, the missionary should sleep. If you are afraid to forget to give an order to the missionary, you don't have to, because you will see its icon in the escort formation when the melee unit is selected and vice versa - you will see the icon of the melee unit when the missionary is selected. And a unit that you gave an order to last should be selected. That would be really convenient and practical.
