The shield and commerce bonus from Industrious and Commercial CSA's?

Could anyone quantify the shield bonus an industrious civ receives in their city/metropolis and the commerce bonus a commercial civ recieves in their city/metropolis?

I cannot seem to find any commerce bonuses in my civ's metropolis when i compare it to the computer's metropolis. As a city grows in size its trade and shield production appear to increase naturally. I haven't seen any difference in this growth when i play a non-industrious or non-commercial civ. Am I missing something here?

Also does anyone know just how much a comercial civ actually reuces corruption?

I'm playing with the Greeks and I don't think commercialism has reduced my corruption at all. I have a republic and my corruption is absolutely horrendous! I don't get it. I have a city with 15 shields and I can use 3 of them, it's on the same continent as my home city!! That seems like a glitch.
