I haven't read the books so all of the different country names are a little confusing to keep track of.

The continent is small and the number of countries is high so early (and frequent) warfare is necessarily. But since this is the forerunner to Conan the Barbarian, I suppose that makes sense.

Its a fun little scenario for when you just want to knock heads together.

When Kull showed up and became KING of valusia a high level of barbaric society was already well established. In the KULL story it was Atlantis that was the least advanced and most barbaric.
