the wrong view

after downloading 1.61 or at other random times the game will suddenly switch from straight on view to top down view..like your looking straight down at the map...after looking in the manuel i cant seem to see any key that toggles this back and forth..not that id ever want to..i hate top down view..any suggestions?

The mouse wheel can be use to tilt the map to zoom in and out as suits you. The only time the game adjusts the view itself is when you build stonehenge or research calendar, at which point it zooms out to the maximum height possible without entering the globe view.
