Theocracy Perk Not Working - Can't Buy Units w/ Faith

As of about 3 or 4 days ago, I can no longer buy units with faith when utilizing a Theocracy government. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm in the middle of a game in which this is an integral part of my deterrence strategy...

Do you have the Grand Master's Chapel built in the Government district? Absent that, you will not be buying any military units with faith, unless you have certain civs or city state perks.

You need to build the Grandmaster Chapel (second tier building in your Governement district) to be able to buy land units with Faith. Theocracy only allowed buying units in the vanilla game, have you installed any of the expansions recently ?

It's a bug with the recent updates, only affects saved games.
