Three really... Unexpected Questions

I don't know wether I'm allowed to say stpd or not so "Unexpected" is the word, that would be my fourth question

1) Why do I have a black fog of war of black sad hexagons instead of this beautiful cloudy sky I see in the Lets plays?

2) Why don't my leaders even move their mouths as they speak while in the Lets Plays I see them almost dancing and waving their arms

3) How the hell (again, I don't know if I'm allowed) do I de-activate auto-select of units?

1/2: Graphics settings set to low. Put them higher (if your PC can handle it). High leader settings will require Win7 and a DX11 compatible graphics card.

Go to "options" and uncheck "auto unit cycling". I can't remember which tab it's under (one of the middle two tabs), but it's pretty clear once you're in there. After you make the change you can cycle through your units using the "<" and ">" keys.
