Acuerdio seems most idiomatic. More like our "pact", "accord", etc than "treaty".

I put each word in spanish below the one that corresponds on english the one on parentesis do not nesceraly aplly because the translation cant be made literal because it wouldent make sense.

The [] means that this adverbs must be added in order for it to make sense, but do not appear in english, the () means that it can be added or not, it would make sense either way.

con [(una)] vista de la estrella [[a travez]] ((de la)) ventana
The () are because nice can have other functions or meanings.
The [] is because each word separatdly wouldent make sense so you have to "merge" the verb with the pronoun.
The [()] is because you can ommit the "a" conector, and the sentence would still make sense.
The [[]] its because you can put several words with the same meaning such as "por" and it would be as valid.
The(()) is because you can ommit one of them depending on the word you used to transalate throug if you use the one I used, you cant ommit either one, but if for example you use "por" you would cant use "de".

Im being required to write a story about either fairies or aliens. I went with first contact theme.
