Too many cities

Hi, i aws playing Civ3 (complete) as usual, and got "too many cities" window while trying to build next city. I have a LOT of cities (208 are mine), thats true, but i need more, please help me get this off so that i could build more. map is 320x320

There's a hard-coded limit of 512 cities in the game.

If you want to found more cities, you'll have to raze some AI ones (or abandon some of your own).
