I'm still working hard on the first test release for the Civ4 Map Editor v3.
Since I often build my own tools to test the functions for errors, here's another one that's finished.
CIV4 Map Cleaner
What does it do?
It allows you to delete all kinds of data from existing maps.
Bonuses, improvements, routes, units, cities, etc.
Individual or multiple players, including their units and cities, can also be deleted.
Cities can also be minimized so that maps with city positions can be carried over without mod-specific data like buildings, etc.
