Total War mods thread

There's no mods in this thread yet despite the title, but I thought we could collect some. I'll explain why I'm posting here.

First I thought that it would be nice if you could download Total War mods from CFC. Then I understood that instead we can make a thread which links to these mods. It would have even some benefits compared to actual Total War forums: They host just about all TW-mods, and downloader has little to none idea about the quality of the mod. If he's behid a slow connection, it's frustrating to download a mod for hours only to learn that it crashes in five minutes. New forums are also sometimes hard to navigate, and people who are familiar with CFC will probably rather stay here.

What you need to do: Tell what mods you have find pleasant, and if not obvious, give also brief summary about them. I suppose minimum requirement is that the mod has no big bugs. If you have links to ir, it's great, but if not, I can try to find them and edit them into this post.

If you have some ideas, please share them. I thought that the list would be of the form:

Here's a great flag mod for Empire Total War. The guy tried to not only make the flags as authentic as possible to real life, but also make realistic flags that might have happened if say America became a monarchy or Russia became a republic.

The only problem with that sort of idea is that all the information is ... unreliable and may even be a virus. I'd personally prefer top see something recommmended to me by a member on a trusted forum!
