"Trade goods"?

What are "trade goods?" It's the resource listed at the very end on the bottom of the Europe screen. They buy/sell very cheap. But what are they for? To sell to the natives I guess? As far as I know you never recieve them or produce them for sale in Europe.

Hi DagHammarskjol,

You guessed right, "Trade goods" are for to be sold to natives. They cannot be produced in your colony, only bought from Europe.

Try selling them to natives at the beginning of the game for quick cash, they can be quite useful!
