Is it just me or every time you offer coal to another civ the game freezes?
First time I noticed this bug was when I sold power steam tech then before the turn was over offer some coal. I thought it was because I was trading a ressource that the other civ still couldnt see on their map or something like that.
But in my current game I offered coal to the roman who had the require tech for quite sometime.
So far I only traded horses and iron successfully.
