Transport Tactical Nukes

I'm playing on a large map with basically 2 islands. I have built some Tactical Nukes and would like to transport them from one island to another. How do I do that? I can't load it on a bomber and on a transport ship. I have them stacked in a city with both a harbor and an airport. Can't wait to nuke my computer opponents!

try building some nuclear submersibles, you know you'll need to make an amount of nuke subs equal to the number of tact. nukes you made, each one carries only one, which is once again quite unrealistic. good luck, and trust me, nukes have consequences.. as the babylonians, i nuked only the enemy, and my allies declared war on me! fifteen civs against one! but my force is strong, and i am marching on the capital very soon..

15 civs against you?? Somehow I feel it's gonna be a VERY LONG WAR, and surely it won't end till Christmas.
