Trick: Avoid paying money to other civs

I'm not sure if this is a known trick. I basicaly stumbled on it after I traded alot of tech for gold per turn and then went into anarchy. It turns out it does drain your cash to 0 if you are giving money and go to anarchy and it does pop up that your treasure is running dangerously low, but nothing happens. Basicly you don't pay anything once you hit 0. I'm not sure if the AI still gets the money but you aren't losing it.

Probably has limited use, but I thought I'd mention it.

Yes the Pedia tells you you do not incur expense while in anarchy and a few games in the SG forum used that exploit to save their behind.

hehe build a hole bunch of troops and go into anarchy over and over again to avoid paying unit support.

works great once you already have all the units you need

I wasn't aware of that trick. Sure could be useful in some situations.
