Trouble intalling Civ4, on my laptop (windows vista)

When installing civ4, the install shield gives me this error report. I hit install, continue, and then the error report comes up.

try installing with admin rights (i.e. open windows explorer, open the cd, right click on setup.exe and choose run as admin).
if that fails locate program files\common files\installshield and rename that folder to anything you like - then install with admin rights.

I tried the first thing and it did not work, and I cannot figure out where I would find Program Files...

You will usually find Program Files on your C drive.

I think its a hidden folder - did you enable vista to show hidden files?

Ok I did that, but the folder is still not there.
