Ok, so where are we now....

-I had that problem with ICQ. Now I fixed it and was able to talk to Hippo....

-Now there is that new problem wit the topic that has disapeared.... <img src="icon9.gif" border="0">

I just ran "Norton unerase" in search for some kind of old file that would have the teams or a list of the 18 players and I also searched for their e-mails again in order to put up a new list.

So...

Great - this seems to be starting at last after various troubles involving ICQ, a bulletin board that 'eats' some of our messages (in particular the important ones <img src="icon8.gif" border="0"> ), problems contacting Hippo etc. Thanks to Az for arranging this all.

Attempting to remember some of the stuff from the thread that has mostly disappeared I think we had agreed on two house rules:

(1) No fundamentalism.<br />(2) No bribing, except for barbarian units.

Also it was decided not to have any prizes (for building wonders etc.) because doing so would be too complex and messy.

Isn't the above correct ?

Also, wasn't Stormbringer on one of the teams ?

BTW this new bulletin board system is worse than the old one. The way of inserting smilies has gotten worse and after finishing editing a previously posted message one has to click "Edit Post" to finish editing ??! Hopefully most of the things that now suck get fixed.

EDITS: Spelling and adding comments that the new bulletin board system sucks.

I've sent the game all the members of the 2nd MGE team.<br />As soon as someone finishes it's 15 turns we can open the threads!

But basicaly we HAVE STARTED!!!

Final teams are:

<br />IF someone has a problem with the order of play he may say it now of course.

Some players haven't clarified what they definitely want to do or have obligations that don't allow them to ply now. Those are:

Harros (a lot of work), MrLeN (problems with site), deimos (he can't think of civ those days <img src="icon9.gif" border="0"> ).

Kira, goodbye_mr_bond and msa (aka ASM) MAY turn up sometime in the middle of the game.
