Late psuedo-submission. Was very excited to win on turn 219. Got my diplomats in place. Bulbed a GS for Telecomm and popped Oxford for Globalization on the same turn. I have 40 votes...but no! Apparently this is just a host vote. Oh well... time to hit enter 20 times.

I'm curious... was anyone able to secure delegates from the AI? Seems so hit and miss (mostly miss) in my diplo games.
