Brazil was culture runaway and should have been stopped by war. I thought building lots of cities and taking some great works from neighbors would be enough, but I was totally wrong and when I realized that I started war too late, it was too late.
Gave conquered American cities to Brazil to manage happiness and get +25% shared religion bonus, but that didn't help much.
