Tutorial 2 bugged - or user error?

Tutorial 2 won't finish. I've finished settling the last city (third) city, I've built warriors. Then it congratulates me for getting the cities and then it says I should finish all the rest of my missions and then the tutorial will end. But there are no missions left.

Started an actual game on second lowest difficulty, learning it the hard way. But I would finish the tutorial too if I knew what it expects me to do.

The game itself is really interesting. I don't have a faintest clue what I'm doing, I'm just doing, building districts which I think will benefit me and try to keep people happy. No clue whatsoever.

Definitely sounds like a bug to me. Can you try submitting it using the in-game bug reporter? If that doesn't work, you can always PM save files to @Dale. It might be the weekend for him now, but always fun to bother him

I tried to report it but that gives out an error, something akin to "not possible at the moment".

Problem is, I'm playing on Geforce Now so I don't have the save files on my desktop.

I’m sorry to hear that - sounds really frustrating. If you had the files locally, you could modify the config to show the scenario as completed and skip it. Not sure if that’s possible on GeForce Now.

In the mean time if you get stuck on something feel free to ask. We all enjoy taking about the game here.

Old World has a pretty active discord community too. I believe there’s an in game link under extras.

Thanks for the Discord tip, will consider it. So far I've been thoroughly impressed with OW - unlike with Humankind which has been more uneven as an experience.

Two very different games though. OW definitely has a bad case of one-more-turnism. Curious to see how it evolves in future turns.

Having the same problem here. Can't finish Tutorial 2. Wonder if it's a bug introduced in the latest update.

There was indeed a bug introduced with the tutorials. A hotfix was released for it yesterday, if you update and start the tutorial again it will work correctly now.
