Tutorial doesn't end

I'm the last remaining civ from what I can see, but I don't have a tick against the goal of eliminating my enemy's capital, and it looks like I have the rest of the planet to myself.

Am I bugged?

I'm not sure the tutorial is intended to result in a formal victory (haven't played it myself), but if you've stomped your enemies that thoroughly maybe it's time for a "regular" (non-tutorial) game.

I also tried playing the tutorial and captured all of the opponent's cities and they were eliminated from the list of players. The goal for capturing the opponent's capital wasn't marked as completed so I just quit and started a real game.

Yeah, looks like it's a bug. I wonder how it can be reported?
