Tweaking Aging

Does anyone know how you can adjust the rate at which characters age? Currently it's stuck at 6 months per turn, no matter how long each turn is.

if you download the patch, I think it's one year per turn then...

I don't no where it is in under all that "true/false" notepad stuff but It's probably available along with some mod.
