Hello all,

At the suggestion of Ninakoru, I'm posting this here. Feel free to see the original post in the help forums, for a full explanation of the problem. http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=12993622#post12993622

The long and short of it is I need to boost the happiness values, to keep up with the unhappiness generated by both population growth and conquest, on an XL map in a game I'm hoping will last well over a year.

Any help in doing that is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is not a modded game? you can update some values on the original xml file and the values will be boosted on load, IIRC. Maybe just boosting the happiness bulding to the pre-BNW values will be enough (Zoo = 3, Stadium = 4).

The plan would be the following:

- Make a copy of the xml to be changed (just in case).
- Edit the values, save, an go playing.

If you need help finding and changing those values I could help you.
