UI - Improved City View (Vox Populi EUI)

I think so. Its from CP mega folder manual install.
Wait a second. Is there another more updated version?

The mega version is 11 too. So... idk the exactly difference. But maybe it's better to use your link version.

It's just that that version is three years old. It does work and I don't think I have any issues with it, except the known once that are never fixed -- and I don't know if they can't be fixed or not. But basically you can't trust the tooltips in the imp ui. If you have multiple heads of a type (science, writers ...) they all show the same tooltip even tho they come from different buildings and some of them actually give different things or yields but in the tooltips they are all the same. Compared then to if you don't use the imp ui and you can see in the tooltip for each building what that particular specialist does or doesn't. It's doesn't actually change the yields tho, you get the correct once but they are not reflected in the tooltip and well eventually you just know what they do so it doesn't really matter all that much.

The link azum posted above, it was made in 2019. I assume the mega is similar, I have not checked. I use the one from the link Azum posted and have used it now for several years without issues (except the purely visual one I described above).

Or I'm bad at math and it's just two years old. Math is hard ... in the heat.

Wait specialists of the same type can have different yields if they're from different buildings?

Yes. There are some minor differences between some of them, mostly tho I think it's the "tradition" buildings that generate a specialist that doesn't do exactly the same as other specialists of that kind. I'm fairly sure without checking that say the other Writer buildings doesn't generate food etc like the one from the Tradition building does. Otherwise this is all my bad. The standard buildings tho are the same by type as I recall it now (which may not be entirely accurate or can be relied upon).

I don't think they do the same. But now I'm not sure anymore. I could be wrong.

I think you are mistaken. All specialists provide the same yields, scaling with some techs. There are some buildings (walls of babylon), policies (industry finisher and others) and beliefs (mastery) that further provide additional yields, but again they are the same in all cities.

Where confusion may stem from is tradition gives buildings that have additional yields. Specialists building panel shows all the yields buildings gives (well, not all, but some). So terrace gardens show additional food, forge show additional science (but not additional production from arena). Of course, you get them from building, not from specialist. When you put a specialist, yield will adjust for it.

I probably am, I just have this memory of it not showing accurate tooltips for what actually happened when you used them. But as noted it could be wrong and probably is.

Yeah, it is misleading because the panel where you add specialist is also the same as the main building panel, hence the confusion.
