Unable to Install

When I try to install C3C, I get the following error message:

"Error 1305. Error reading from C:\Program Files\Atari\Civilization 3 Complete\Conquests\Conquests\Age of Discovery\Art\Advisors\science_industrial.pcx. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."

The file exists right where it's supposed to be, but for some reason the game won't detect it. What can I do?

Does this happen when you try to install or play? In any case try installing again to see if the same thing happens.

I've tried to install again several times, and I always get the same error.

Try cleaning the CD? If it's visisbly scratched you may need to buy a new one.

It's probably scratched, because that's very similar to the message I got when I was reinstalling C3C a while back. My disc was pretty dinged up so I just bought Civ3 Complete.
