Unified Hall of Fame

I play nearly every one of my games of Civ5 and Civ4 with mods; the vast majority of them with different combinations of mods. Unless I'm mistaken -- and I know I'm not in the case of Civ4 -- the game segregates victories in the Hall of Fame by what mods are used, and doesn't display the ones achieved with mods if you're playing on vanilla, and to my knowledge can't display modded victories at all in Civ5. This is frustrating to say the least as far as record-keeping goes.

Can games that are finished, no matter what mods (or lack thereof) are used, be added to a single Hall of Fame, with the mods listed off in a side-menu, or list?

As fun as HoF is, it's very easily exploitable.

Because it's actually possible to change the scoring mechanics, then your two victories from the same game but with different mods now display completely different result.

What I think Civ 6 should do is scrap the HoF and let the Monthly Civ Fanatics game be on a global internet Hall of Fame or something.
