Increasing the Diplomatic victory to need 20 points makes giving some Civs unique accomplishments that they could achieve to receive diplomatic points. I'm not sure how many bonus points should be rewarded, I'll have to wait to play the patch. But here are some ideas:
Norway: Own cities by Natural Wonders. It would be nice to specify wonders that are in Norway but because NW are seemingly random any would do. Perhaps it could be costal wonders.
England: Extra points for Owning cities on different continents.
Spain: Extra points for having converted cities on multiple continents.
Georgia: Level 3 Religious Aliance.
I don't think all civs will need unique points. Some might compete for a specific condition for a point: For example Alexander, Genghis, and Shaka could get a point for most capitals held.
