Universal Sufferage error

MY game is crashing when an AI civ builds Universal Sufferage. The error in Civilzation.exe and the game crashes. This is a killer error. I cant continue the game beause of it. The error occurred in 1625 on the Monarch setting.

Hmmmm. If this was a one time occurance then I wouldn't be concerned But if it's happened more than once all I can suggest is removing that wonder from the game via the editors.
