Upgrading ze cam

So, I have unexpectedly found myself with a wad of extra cash, so I thought that this would be a good time to upgrade my webcam, which is crappy and makes rude noises at me when I'm trying to sleep.
So, what I've got now is an old 15 fps AGFA ePhoto CL18, and about 60$ to spend. Any suggestions on what I should get?
