I created a quick mod (really a tutorial for myself more than anything) and theoretically uploaded it to the mod browser. It's called "Available Luxury Resources (Happiness Tooltip Display)". When I try to download it (testing that everything's working), I get an error.
Anyone know why I can't download it, or willing to try to download it really quick and let me know how it goes?
