Ever felt tired of lugging around floppies all day?

I have found an interesting yet effiecant tool that will eliminate the need for floppies. ITs known as a USB Flash Drive

It usualy takes a forum of a pen or a bar that can be arrached to a string worn around the neck. Here is the info about it.

Using a floppy drive can get very annoying, especially since they are only able to hold a small amount of data. In addition, not everyone has a floppy drive anymore, so the computers that you can use a floppy on are becoming limited. As a matter of fact, I do not have a floppy drive on my main machine and have not used one for a year. The problem with this is that if I want to transfer data from one machine to another (for example at school or work), it either has to be e-mailed or burned to a CD. Wasting a CD to transfer a 80MB file or some pictures is a waste and some of my e-mail accounts do not allow over a certain amount of data to be e-mailed at once.

Recently we have seen a huge movement towards being able to transfer data on the fly. USB flash drives are not really that new, but an increasingly popular market as they should be since USB is here to stay and will eventually phase out legacy ports all together. Today, we have the opportunity to take a look at a flash drive from Crucial. The Gizmo! as they call it, is able to store up to 128MB of data and transfer the information via USB (universal serial bus).

I ordered a computer magazine recently just to get the premium (a 16MB USB memory stick) for $3.40, but I haven't received it yet. Hopefully my sister will buy an MP3-player for christmas, which can be used as a memory stick too. I think sending files over internet is quite neat too, but sometimes you want to carry it physically, especially if you have larger files that internet can't support. Hopefully the price will drop on them, so that you could afford having one per person.

I recently checked the memory storage on my USB Flash Drive. Mines can hold 256MB  and only cost me about $80 at Best Buy.

I got mine tiny 256MB made by ScanDisk for my key chain from Best Buy month ago for $49. The tiny USB Flash Drive (about 2 inches in length) is just too cool and very useful to have on my key chain.

I bought a Sony MicroVault (256Mb) about a year ago. It's always either in my pocket or attached to a computer. Best thing since... the floppy disk :)

I think that I may have the same one. A 256 MB Sandisk cruzer mini. $49 on sale at CompUSA. At the price, I couldn't resist.

The only thing is that mine is made from SanDisk. Are you sure about that c?
