v1.52: Amphibious Gunship City Capture

Name:Amphibious Gunship City Capture Bug
How: Attack (French city of Rouen) with Gunship from transport
Bugged Result: Gunship captures city
Expected Result: Gunship cannnot capture city, just win the battle leaving the city vacant.

See Attached saved game; I reproduced the bug while making the save.
(I don't think this have been reported before, but I might be wrong).

I can confirm this bug. The city that can be captured by the player is the city Rouen. If you can't find it fast on the map, then select the gunships in the military advisor. The gunships that can capture a city are the ones in the most western part of the map.

I continued playing this game and attempted to recreate the bug under different circumstances but was unsuccessfull. Further testing is required to determine the exact conditions necessary for the bug to occur.

This has been reported before as only happening when the gunship has blitz.

Is that the same case with you?

One of the Gunships in the transport has blitz, but the one I attacked (and captured the city) with did not.
