Two different glitches to report the first one is obvious, France has an Axeman in my territory and we never will have open borders through the entire game (I'll wipe him out about 1200 AD). He just walked right in. (See the screenshot)

The Second one is a little more complex, and I DID hit the Print Screen button to get the Screenie, but for whatever reason it didn't save it. So I'll do my best to explain it. I am playing as Washington, Mansa Musa and Ghandi are the only two civs of importance in this description. I have open borders with Ghandi, but not with Mansa Musa. Mansa Musa and Ghandi sign a Permanent Alliance with each other. Now the status screen says that I have Open Borders with both, and later Mansa Musa moves a tank through my territory. But when I try to move a worker into his territory, it says that to do so would be a declaration of war. If I go to talk to Mansa Musa to get Open Borders, the option is not available.

do you have the actual save from before he moves the axeman into his territory? this is not a bug that we have been able to reproduce but it does get mentioned every once in a while...

No, actually I dont. I have autosave off, it addresses some stability issues that I have. (I know the issue is on my end) Although...he did enter THE turn New York's Cultural Borders expanded.

Yes, he moved one tile closer to New York, and then turned around and left. But this took probably about fifteen turns for him to completely leave.

ok, well, if anyone has a save from BEFORE the unit is where it shouldn't be, please post it. Thanks!

I've got one for you Soren.

Different Game, two turns after the game loads, the Aztecs will send a Galley into my territory as shown here. Once again, I have never had open borders with the Aztecs. To make things more interesting he actually goes through my Frigate. On one of the tests I ran to make sure he was repeating it, he was sitting underneath the Frigate on the turn following the save. The Game is a Multiplayer game, I was playing as the Washington and the other human was playing as Catherine.
