I started seeing this with patch 1.52.
Not sure if others have seen it or not.
Have a stealth bomber perform a recon of an enemy area.
That area is now no longer greyed out.
After a couple of turns of recon'ing the area with the stealth bomber, I noticed that when I dont recon the area, it shows up with the grey fog.
This would normally be ok, but one of the cities belongs to a religion which
my civ founded and now follows. So that city should not be showing up in grey.
I brought ground units and battleships into the area and the unit just disappears under the darkness.
This situation persists even after you capture the cities that were showing up grey. (The cities are still in anarchy, so not sure if the darkness will lift once the cities come out of anarchy and start accumulating culture)
