As I had to promote two units in my last game (a solo one), I noticed this graphic glitch :
The units to promote (they are both on the same tile) weren't surrounded by the typical blue halo. To my surprise, this one was appearing somewhere else on the map :
(the screen capture doesn't show it very clearly, but the halo appears on the sea tile just below Moscow. Looks like the fishing boat has XP points to spend

Having seen this, I immediately (i.e. before promoting any unit) saved the game, and continued to play.
I reloaded the savegame after having rebooted. The halo still doesn't surround the units, but I can't find it anywhere else on the map this time. The save is attached to this post.
For the record, all the units I had to promote later in the game were correctly surrounded by the blue halo.
