v167 science progress stops

After upgrading to v167 Science progress got messed up. From the very start. Says "Mining 15 turns", science income is "15 for free" and "3 from the city". Science toward mining is added +3 only, so it will a few hundred turns until I research it. :crazyeye:

Tried the common checklist, no go. Must be this version of the mod. Where can I re-download v166?
 
Post a Lua.log? Possibly can be fixed or identified rather than reverted.

If not, Thal might have a copy if he was PM'd. I don't know if anyone else does as vanilla hasn't been discussed for a while.
 
Re-install would probably only help if you have a cluttered mod folder and cache with other versions of civup/vem in it, in which case it would make more sense to clear up the mod folder/cache. I don't think it would be an issue with the actual vanilla game unless you've somehow managed to edit the actual game instead of a mod file. That's still not likely the cause of the bug.

It looks like there's a yield index problem from the log, which might be related. Science per player is a workaround requiring a different yield set than the AI gets, or which comes from the "generic" sources. I'm not positive that's the problem, but it's a likely possibility.

It might be possible to compare a older post-GK version and see how this issue was addressed and see if the two can be melded at all, but I'm not the guy to be asking. :( I may take a look though and see if at least this is the right track. If that's the bug, it's a pretty big pre-GK problem.
