I've started with India
Its nice to have increasing stability as a sink for excess culture, please make it so one can tick a box in the social policies menu to make it so if there are no other options to expend culture on it will automatically spend culture to increase stability. Save us having to click into social policies menu to click the same option over and over! Or better yet make it so it saves the Culture if your current stability is Solid and only spends on increasing stability if it is lower than that.
Chopping down Jungle seems to be restricted to Biology tech. Y'know, the Industrial era one. Which sucks because both of the cattle tiles nearest to Delhi are in jungle. That poses somewhat of a problem in terms of my victory condition... A lot of other resources are also under jungle as well, and can't be improved either. I can only hope that's not intentional...
This may be just an issue of playing on Immortal but there are WAY too many barbarian encampments, to the point clusters of three or four spawn close together.
This is two things I immediately noticed, will add more edits as I continue
