Very Unhappy People?

I have been looking, and editing the people.gif and was very puzzled to see some black, 'very unhappy people' in one of the sections.

Having signed up to this forum very lately I thought I will make it a new thread.

So, what are the black, 'very unhappy people' in people.gif, and when do they crop up? How?

I would be pleased if someone could tell me about their experiences with them, or just what they actually are!!

Double unhappys are probably something you only see or notice on higher levels.They are a bi-product of the riot factor.When you exceed certain #s,your first "extra" unhappy will appear.As you build more cities,more will appear.Eventually,you will see the really unhappy as your first citizen.These guys need to be made into unhappys before they can be content.Martial law does not work on them.
