Vesuvius start crashed on turn 1 (save missing)

I got a really beautiful start right next to Mount Vesuvius with all 6 hexes workable. The game crashed when I clicked the first time and it did not appear in my autosaves.

Is there any way to retrieve it? All I seem to have is a Civ6Cfg file. Tried changing it to a Save file but it is not loadable. Anything I can do at all?
