Victory Points

I'm a newbie to the site, I have a question for anyone out there that would be nice enough to answer it for me.

I'm currently playing the Asphai Ancient Scenario in PTW 1.04. I have placed cities so that the victory point locations are inside my culture borders and I have occupied each fortress with a military unit (Swordsmen).

How do the victory points work? I currently have over 2000 victory points (NOT the histograph overall score), and I am the only one with victory points. I was under the impression that once you captured all 4 victory points, the game should be over, but it isn't and I captured the last one 4 or 5 turns ago. Can anyone tell me what you need to do to win?

Does anyone know how many points I need? Or is this a bug?

Yeah, it should probably go in the strategy and tips forum, but I think this is right too. Can't help you though, never played the victory points thing.

I don't know that scenario, but in general there is a VP limit defined you need to reach. So, you win once you've accumulated say, 10k VPs, not when you controll all of the locations.

Where in the editor can I find what the predetermined # is? Because it's not under scenario properties.
