Video and Audio Files

I was wondering if there was a way to do a couple of things:

1. Download a file from this site simply.

2. Get the music from a music video without the video.

3. Pick and choose parts of a video I want to keep (like getting only the CS part of the actual Pure Pwnage from the link I gave above but from a different site).

I'm asuiming your using Firefox

1. Right click on the movie, click properties. Find the video Url, copy and paste it into the address bar. Select save to disk, and boom you have it saved.
