Warlords and Multiplayer

I know only a few people have previewed the expansion for games but..

What is warlords going to do in regards to multiplayer? If someone has Warlords can they play with someone who doesn't?

While I have no official information, I really don't think you'd be able to play the Warlords version of the game with people who are playing the Vanilla version of the game. How would that work? The non-Warlords player would be missing a ton of content ...

However, since Warlords is an expansion, you'll still need to have the Vanilla game, and if you want to play MP with some friends who do not have Warlords, just pop in your original Civ4 disc and go play!

Any news on this? If I install warlords, will I only have to put in original disk to be able to play online with those that don't have it yet?

Correct. I play Warlords online, but meanwhile am continuing in an existing PBEM game with folks who don't have it, works fine.
