Warlords Bradygames Guide

just wondering if anyone has this, and if it is worth having at all?

seen it in Bradygames website for $10 as a .pdf download. it is not available at Amazon, although the vanilla Civ4 guide is (and it gets mostly 2/5 reviews...).

me, i do not personally need it, i can get most my info from the Civopedia and tooltips, but my bro is new to Civ4 and i was wondering if this would have anything useful in it... or would the actual printed Bradygames vanilla guide be of use?

I haven't seen the guide, but I am going to say its not worth it. The patches change the gameplay a bit, and I would think a vanilla guide would not be up to date. I would just suggest using the Military Academy on this site. Its all the help I've needed to be successful at monarch level, and climbing.

Ya, if you're going to be reading this site anyways, there's no real need to go and spend money on a guide. I can't see there being anything in there that wouldn't be on here.
