WARLORDS - Capac promption bug

In Warlords, Capac is no longer aggressive (he is in Vanilla). So how do you explain all of the Quechuas (Incan unique unit - replaces warrior) getting Combat I automatically?

Oh, whoops, thw Quechua starts with Combat I in Warlords, don't think it did in Vanilla. Sorry, close thread. Deleting save file from easy upload!
