This is the basic map, starting 100 years earlier; each civ has only 1 archer and the archery tech. You get 300 turns to complete the scenario.

Edit: OK, link updated.
More Info: This is the map that comes with the Chinese Unification Scenario, but instead of starting in 450BC, it starts in 550BC, and each civilization has only one size-one city (their capital), one archer, and the archery tech. Basically, starting the Chinese Unification Scenario a bit earlier.
Nothing too earth-shattering, but one of the things I liked about the Warlords scenarios is that they were just mods, and so you could release new maps/starting situations to play the scenarios with. Some of them don't make much sense to try with new maps (e.g. Omens), but several of them could be quite interesting. Certainly the Genghis scenario, Chinese Unification, Vikings, and even Alexander might be fun to play on a variety of maps, or with slightly different conditions. This is an attempt to get the ball rolling with an earlier start on the Chinese Unification Map.
Note: The computer seems to be quite medium at expanding its empire via city-building, so you might want to move up a difficulty level or two for this map...
