Warmonger calculation table ?

Hi,

I remember that I've seen somewhere - but I don't remember where - a table which explains the new calculation of the warmongering score. Does someone happen to have it ?

Also, do you know how the warmongering score affects diplomacy - i.e. effect of warmongering on people who tolerate, dislike or hate it ?

Finally, does warmongering score decrease over time ?
