Does anyone know of any good, easy to use and above all free )) WAV to MP3 convertors?

I always liked MPEG Suite myself - it lets you convert WAV files to MP3 - any bitrate you want, and vice versa. It also allows you to convert MP3 to a different bitrate MP3 if you want.

It's free, but it's not necessarily easy at first. Once you get the hang of it, it's rather simple.
