I've never experienced this one before. The odds calculator is obviously giving me a bogus result.
Ghandi's Frigate, on same tile as Qin's frigate (I'm at war with ghandi, not at war with Qin as can be seen on the far right of screen) is injured by airships for 20%:
My frigate is at full health:
It's giving me the odds as if Ghandi's ship is at full health!:
Arg, I literally figured this out right after I posted all this. when I went to move my ship anyway, it asked if I wanted to go to war with Qin, so it was showing me the odds of attacking Qin if for some reason I wanted to declare a new war. I should've noticed with the 10% st when ghandi had 20%. Annoying I cant see the odds before I attack though
