Weird Heroic Epic Bug

Has anyone ever had the following bug occur? I built the heroic epic. The turns passed, and I got the Choose Production button. When I clicked it, it showed the Heroic Epic was completed in the lower left, but it was still a choice on my list. I built it again, and the same thing happened. After I built it the third time, it finally came off the list. Weird.

No bug. It's because you captured, razed or settled a new city, which obviously has not yet a barracks, so the Heroic Epic or other National Wonders get canceled (well, guess it being shown as finished is misleading a bit). When the new/captured city is razed down to zero pop or when you actually build or bought the rax, then you can start the HE again in the city where you've built it before without losing the former progress. However it is more expensive than before (as national wonders become more expensive the more cities you have. Puppets though have no influence whatsoever on all this.

Interesting. The only thing I can think of then is that I puppeted some cities while it was being built, and it was still looking at the old cost to finish it. I know I didn't annex, build or raze any. Thanks.
