I believe those are some of the extra resources picture that was dropped from the game at the last minute. As you notice, one of them is paper and originally paper was suppose to be one of the resources

yeah... i already made cotton (+3 trade normal resource), and titanium (required for about 3 parts of the space ship )
this makes the space race a bit more difficult, and you are going to need those resources too (it is a probably gonna be a requirement for some units too)
